Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all class bookings, memberships, and sessions purchased through Beyond Calisthenics Gym, whether online via beyondcalisthenics.com or in person at our facility in Bahrain.

Class Cancellations

You must cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class to receive a session credit.

Session credits are non-transferable and valid only within your active membership period. They cannot be extended or exchanged for cash.

To cancel a booking, contact us via WhatsApp or email at info@beyondcalisthenics.com with your name and the class details.

Membership Refunds

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Unused sessions within an active membership.
  • Memberships cancelled before expiry.
  • Memberships purchased in error.
  • Changes in personal circumstances, including injury, relocation, or schedule conflicts.

We encourage you to review your chosen membership plan carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about which plan suits you, contact us before booking.

Exceptions

We may consider a partial credit — not a cash refund — on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • A documented medical emergency preventing participation for an extended period.
  • A bereavement requiring absence.

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant event via email to info@beyondcalisthenics.com, with supporting documentation where applicable. We are under no obligation to grant exceptions.

Walk-In Sessions

Walk-in sessions are paid at the time of attendance and are non-refundable. If a walk-in session is cancelled by Beyond Calisthenics, a credit toward a future walk-in or class will be issued.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment has been processed in error, contact us at info@beyondcalisthenics.com within 14 days. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your membership pending resolution.
